This gorgeously balanced, curves-in-all-the-right-places, dumpy, [huggable?] candle holder is ideal for any table or decorative setting. Almost casual, but equally as elegant.
This candle holder looks absolutely perfect with a church candle on top – standing alone, in a pair, or with a variety of other candle holders.
Designed by Lara, and made in Cape Town in collaboration with Zimbabwean artisan Dennis, these chunky candle holders are turned from a variety of 3 solid woods… local Knysna Blackwood or imported European Ash and Walnut. Each has been finished with a water based varnish to retain the integrity of each wood’s unique colour.
For your reference. Ash – the lightest wood | Knysna Blackwood – the warm coloured medium wood | Walnut – the soft dark brown wood.
Dimensions 140mm (h) x 95mm (diameter top and bottom).
Can be washed with warm soapy water (do not use harsh cleaners, abrasive or sharp tools).
Not suitable to be left outdoors.
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and wait until it is cool before handling. Keep out of reach of children.
